The HR Administrative Assistant works closely with the HR Director regarding tactical HR duties as well as front desk responsibilities. This includes managing employee files, legal and internal reporting, scheduling interviews, policies/processes, answering phones, and managing the front desk of a small office in Fort Collins. The HR Administrative Assistant will have demonstrated success in attention to detail, strong customer service skills, excellent teamwork, the ability to multi-task, and confidentiality.
