The company develops desktop, web and mobile applications that help pipeline operators manage information about pipeline assets and ensure safe operation. The company supports these implementations and applications with professional services that include pipeline risk analysis, data conversion, data migration and consulting.

    The HR Administrative Assistant works closely with the HR Director regarding tactical HR duties as well as front desk responsibilities. This includes managing employee files, legal and internal reporting, scheduling interviews, policies/processes, answering phones, and managing the front desk of a small office in Fort Collins. The HR Administrative Assistant will have demonstrated success in attention to detail, strong customer service skills, excellent teamwork, the ability to multi-task, and confidentiality.

    Responsibilities

    The position of Human Resources Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities are presented in order of priority a­­­nd include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Manage all employee files from their date of hire to end of employment
    • Coordinate all internal HR reports, including open job requisitions, organization charts, employee census data, and employee headcount
    • Complete all required state and federal reports (EEO1, VETS-100, AAP, etc.)
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential employees and communicate with managers and candidates involved in the staffing process
    • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate employee
    • Complete background investigation on new employees (employment verifications, criminal background checks, drug/alcohol testing (as needed), etc.)
    • Respond to employment verifications
    • Partner with the HR Director regarding handbook policy and process changes
    • Processing employee changes (salary, manager, department, address, phone number, etc.)
    • Managing confidential employee information
    • General front desk responsibilities (checking in visitors, contacting employees, etc.)
    • Supporting logistics with company events
    • Other HR or front desk duties as needed.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required (College degree preferred)
    • 3-5 years of customer service experience
    • 1-3 years of HR experience
    • 1-3 years of front desk experience answering phones and checking in visitors
    • Excellent atention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
