  • Responsibilities

    The position of Data Technician I at Integrity Plus is primarily tasked with pipeline data capture and conversion on the Data Management Team. Responsibilities and expectations are presented in order of priority a­­­nd include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Capture, convert, or load pipeline data from various sources that include sources such as PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, and printed maps
    • Compare data with source documents for Quality Control (QC) purposes
    • Maintain Integrity Plus’s standard for accuracy and quality of work product
    • Make corrections, as necessary, to converted data based on QC processes and reports
    • Organize and track received data and source documents as assigned
    • Support interdepartmental personnel, as needed, with questions and issues concerning converted data
    • Follow directions (written and verbal), and comply with company procedures, policies, and other directives
    • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
    • Professional conduct with both internal and external personnel
    • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
    • Report to work, as assigned, and submit weekly timesheets on time
    • Compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Develop a general working knowledge of Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations 49 CFR 191-199, specifically 49 CFR 192 (Gas) and 49 CFR 195 (Hazardous Liquid and CO2)
    • Other responsibilities as identified by the Data Management Team or Integrity Plus Management


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access)
    • Experience with Geographical Information System (GIS) applications
    • Must have high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to work in a team setting
    • Previous work experience in the pipeline industry preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Training Requirements:

    All Integrity Plus employees are required to participate in the training and onboarding program. Basic curriculum is required to be completed within the first three (3) weeks of employment and the additional curriculum is to be completed within six (6) months of start date.

    • Primary Location: Fort Collins, CO
    • Position: Full-Time; Hourly
    • Travel:  Up to 10%
